It mainly used for the transportation of clean petrochemical processes, chemical industry products, power plant boiler feedwater, condensate, as well as seawater desalination projects, oilfield water injection projects, etc. It can also be used for other similar working conditions.
BB4 series pump is a horizontal single shell, radial split, center supported multi-stage centrifugal pump designed in accordance with API610 “Centrifugal pumps for petroleum,
heavy chemical, and natural gas industries” standard. The first stage impeller can be designed into two types of structures,single suction and double suction, according to the on-site situation. Other stage impellers can be designed to be arranged in the same direction or back to back according to the needs. The impellers can be sequentially installed on the shaft by sliding or heating. There are two structures: axial force is balanced by a balancing device or impeller self-balancing.
Transmission: At low speed, the pump is directly driven by prime motor through diaphragm coupling. At high speed, the pump increases speed through diaphragm coupling and gear speed increasing box, and then drives by prime motor through diaphragm coupling. From the drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
