API610 BB5 High Pressure Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump

This type pump is mainly used to transport clean petroleum products, petrochemical process and other chemical industrial products or flammable, explosive and toxic media. It is suitable for hydrogenation feed pump and lean liquid pump in hydrogenation unit of each refinery, high pressure decoking water pump and radiation feed pump of delayed coking unit; Boiler feed water pump of petrochemical power plant.

This type pump is a horizontal, double casing, two end support,multistage centrifugal pump, which is designed according to API 610 “Centrifugal Pump for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries”. Horizontal centerline support pump. The first stage impeller can be designed into single suction and double suction structures according to the site conditions. Other stage impellers can be designed to be arranged in the same direction or back-to-back arrangement. The impeller can be installed on the shaft by slide or heat in order. The axial force is balanced by balancing device or impeller self- balancing. The inner casing can be pulled out for maintenance without disturbing the pipeline.

Transmission: At low speed, the pump is directly driven by prime motor through diaphragm coupling. At high speed, the pump increases speed through diaphragm coupling and gear speed increasing box, and then drives by prime motor through diaphragm coupling. From the drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
